Welcome to the Calypso Cards B2B Portal (“Portal”). This Portal is intended for use by authorized wholesale customers of Calypso Cards LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

1. Eligibility and Access

Access to the Portal is granted to approved wholesale customers only. You must be authorized by Calypso Cards and have an active wholesale account in good standing. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to account inactivity or violation of these Terms.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Ordering and Pricing

All orders placed through the Portal are subject to our wholesale terms, including minimum order requirements, payment terms, and shipping policies. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information.

4. Product Availability

Product availability is subject to change. We do not guarantee that items displayed on the Portal will be in stock at the time of your order. In the event of limited availability, we reserve the right to fulfill orders in part or in full based on inventory levels.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Portal—including product images, descriptions, logos, and trademarks—is the property of Calypso Cards or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Portal to:
• Share access credentials with unauthorized users
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Modifications to the Portal

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal or any part thereof at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any resulting unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Portal, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Portal and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Portal constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
